Shipping Charges
We offer weight and location-based shipping at CWS Hardware. Upon purchasing any items at CWS Hardware, you can enjoy low cost shipping with our designated courier. You can also pick up your order at CWS Hardware physical store. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurred during shipping. Shipping is currently restricted to Malaysia addresses only.

Shipping & Packing
Customers will get their item in around 3-7 working days. Every item from CWS Hardware is packed in a suitable packaging for hardware products. We also take time to pack fragile items to ensure your products arrive safely and in good working condition.

Shipping Services
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. Customer should be responsible for any tax fee.

A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package. All deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi-story residential & commercial buildings, delivery will be limited to the security office, main entrance, foyer, and unloading bay.

Order Tracking
You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at CWS Hardware. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company selected. Simply click the link, type your tracking number, and follow the status of your order.
